Minna, the Niger state capital in Nigeria

The city has a population of 335 905 inhabitants (calculated 2012)

Minna is the economic center of the region and headquarters of the Federal University of Technology. The city has road links with many neighboring towns and a railway station in
the north of Kano to Ibadan and Lagos in the south. Minna has an airport, the Minna Airport. Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, is located 150 km.

Because Minna is located in a historic route of the Trans-Saharan trade, Islam is rooted in
the city. It is home to many mosques and Muslim organizations. Christians and Muslims live in Peace together, the proportion is 50:50.

Minna is mainly filled with Farmers the 
Gwargies are almost all farmer they farm   
on a very large space of land they farm
Yam, Rice, Beans, Maze, Millet etc
Also trading is a big part of business life



yes Minna is a mid-sized city in Niger State in Nigeria, peaceful and lovely place to be due there 
is no too much happening in the city but it is a good place to be and cost of living in Minna is 
far better than other parts of the country Minna is a place to be the people of Minna the Gwargies are lovely and nice people who welcome visitors to there city, they love all there visitors try to visit Minna Niger State Nigeria any time you visit Nigeria
